• In case of cancellation or change of reservation less than 24 hours before the start of the tour, the payment is not refundable.
• In case of delay of the group by more than 15 minutes, the gallery reserves the right to shorten the duration of the tour or cancel it without refund.
• During an air raid, the tour is suspended, and all visitors, together with the mediator, go to shelter. If after the end of the air raid there is an opportunity to continue the tour - it continues. If not - the visit is postponed to another available date. In this case, the reservation and payment are saved for the group.
• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the tour for a comfortable organization of the visit.
Paying for the tour means agreeing to the rules of visiting the gallery.
