What keeps a country going when its usual resources are exhausted? Where does the strength to endure during long trials come from? Is it possible to turn threats into opportunities, and losses into points of growth?
On June 29, 2026, the fourth intellectual conversation of the interdisciplinary cycle "ZAG: SENSES" took place at Zenyk Art Gallery, dedicated to Ukrainian resilience - a phenomenon that is formed at the intersection of the spiritual, military, and socio-state dimensions.
The conversation brought together three unique experiences and three different scales of responsibility, which are personified by three main characters:
• Vladyka Borys Gudziak - Metropolitan of the UGCC, Archbishop of Philadelphia, President of the Ukrainian Catholic Church
• Kyrylo Veres - Hero of Ukraine, Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Commander of the 20th Separate Brigade of Unmanned Systems "K-2".
• Maksym Kozytskyi - Head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
The moderator of the meeting is Bohdan Tykholoz, director of the Franko House.
