Art and science have never existed separately. They appeared together as two ways of knowing the world.
Leonardo da Vinci drew and designed flight. Albrecht Dürer thought in formulas, remaining an artist. Salvador Dali explored not matter, but thinking.
Art and science meet where a question arises. Zenyk Art Gallery is such a place.
“Experimentations at ZAG” is a new direction of the gallery, developing within the framework of a broader interdisciplinary project “ZAG: SENSES”, within which art becomes a space for research: for children - through experience and interaction, and for adults - through knowledge, thinking and science.
Within the framework of “Experimentations at ZAG”, interactive meetings for children about electricity, energy, the nature of phenomena and the logic of the world are held, where physics is known as experience.
Special attention is paid to children of military personnel and families of Heroes. For them, ZAG becomes a space of support, trust and safe curiosity - a place where you can ask questions about the world again.
We are open to new participants and invite those who are close to this way of knowing the world to join the space of SENSES at ZAG.
