Zenyk Art Gallery presents the exhibition “The Visible Invisible” by Vasyl Odrekhivskyi — a sculptor, Associate Professor of the Sculpture Department at the Lviv National Academy of Arts, PhD in Art Studies, and an artist whose practice focuses on contemporary abstract and polychrome sculpture.
The title of the exhibition reflects a key principle of the artist’s practice — the exploration of invisible yet defining aspects of human existence. In the presented sculptural and installation works, Vasyl Odrekhivskyi addresses themes of human connections, unity, inner tension, and the balance between the material and the spiritual. Even forms devoid of direct anthropomorphism remain centered on the human being and their existential states.
As the artist notes: “The Visible Invisible offers the viewer a space for associative interpretation and inner contemplation, where faith and experience become instruments for revealing the invisible within the visible.”
