ZAG Studio presents OURS. THE UNKNOWN, an exhibition dedicated to the work of three Ukrainian self-taught folk artists: Dmytro Stryiek, Ivan Skolozdra, and Nina Shupliak. The exhibition is part of the main project OURS.
The exhibition features works rooted in folk tradition and the artists’ personal experiences, exploring Ukrainian history, religion, folklore, and everyday life. Despite having no formal academic art education, each artist developed a distinctive visual language and became an important figure in Ukrainian naïve art.
OURS. THE UNKNOWN is an exhibition about memory, identity, and art born from a direct and deeply personal experience of the world. It brings back into the contemporary artistic discourse the names of artists whose contribution to Ukrainian culture remains largely unknown to the wider public.
The exhibition runs from July 16 to August 9, 2026.
