Shchedryi, Good Evening! A Singing Circle with Nataliia Rybka-Parkhomenko

About the Event

We invite you on January 10 at 7:00 PM to the singing circle “Shchedryi, Good Evening” together with Nataliia Rybka-Parkhomenko — Honored Artist of Ukraine, actress of the Les Kurbas Theatre, and one of the soloists of the band Kurbasy.

We begin the year with a generous, kind, and deeply meaningful singing evening.

This gathering will bring together ancient carols, shchedrivky, Malanka songs, Epiphany songs, and traditional “Leading the Goat” songs from various regions of Ukraine.

These songs are true talismans of the New Year, where every word is a blessing and a wish of happiness for the family, the home, and its hosts.

This is a space for:

• getting to know the song traditions of different regions of Ukraine

• singing together — even if you have never sung before

• live sound, connection, and a festive atmosphere

At the end of the gathering, we will jointly create musical compositions using atmospheric instruments, immersing ourselves in sound and silence.

We will conclude the evening with a festive tea gathering at ZAG Cafe.
