"SHINE" Breathing Practice

About the Event

Roman Zhuk’s exhibition *Children of Vampires* explores the themes of absorbing the light and vital energy of others. We invite you to turn your attention inward: to hear your own voice, sense your body, and give space to your emotions. Join us on the gallery’s third floor at ZAG Studio—amidst artworks that prompt reflection on personal boundaries and relationships with others. Here, you can even let out a scream—expressing anger, joy, tension, or the things for which you previously lacked words. Allow yourself to make sound—and to hear yourself. It is a time to observe your sensations, release emotions, and explore the capabilities of your body and voice. At your own pace, without pressure—with mindful attention to yourself.
